Hilltop View Apartments will break ground in summer 2020. The development will have 22 to 24 housing units. These multi-bedroom units will provide housing for families, veterans, and others in need.
The site will also include the Dexter food pantry, office space, a community room, and a garden.
Michael Wendorf, Dexter School Board President, supports this important community project. “The Dexter School District is committed to accepting and providing a quality education for all children in our community in a supportive school environment,” he said. “This commitment extends to each child, regardless of means and family circumstances.”
We are grateful to those who have donated funds to this project to date. But we need more predevelopment funds to get started. Please consider a gift that would help fund this important need in Dexter!
